INTRODUCTION

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of our College was set up as a quality sustenance and enhancement measure on March 9th, 2017. IQAC depends upon all the elements of the institution and is an active system.

The task of the IQAC or the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college is to create, maintain and enhance the overall quality as it stands to be the Central monitoring body of the institution. Its goal is to improve and retain a system to help the academic and administrative quality.The IQAC functions with the confidence that excellence and quality is not a one-time goal but is a constant development. 

It is the major duty of IQAC to initiate, propose and administer numerous activities that are essential to increase the quality of the institution or college. The role of IQAC in preserving quality standards in teaching, learning and evaluation becomes vital.

The IQAC under the Chairmanship of the Principal has Heads of Departments, external advisors and representatives of the management and other stakeholders as its members.

To strengthen the belief that Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic communities are not inferior to any other.

Mission

1. To nurture, inspire, enlighten and to mould the young minds so as to train the future citizens to be the best performers in various fields.
2. To lift the underprivileged and educationally weak students by enabling them with knowledge.
3. To prove that there is a great potentiality in students to excel themselves and to ensure standard quality in Higher Education for the same.
4. To develop ethics, aesthetics, virtuousness among the students.
5. To build a reverence for humankind and to strengthen high ideals of persistence, commitment, quality cognizance and excellence heading to the social benefits.

OBJECTIVES

1. To strive to make a student a true human being and good citizen of the country.
2. To motivate down trodden classes to participate in the competitive arena.
3. To develop traits that encourages self-confidence and the spirit of initiation. 
4. To alleviate the institution into an upcoming model college.
5. Providing a student-centric atmosphere for holistic learning.
6. To develop and implement plans for self-evaluation to explain all functionaries to be answerable for student and stakeholder fulfilment.

FUNCTIONS

Some of the functions expected of the IQAC are:
1. Maintaining a student-centric atmosphere beneficial towards quality education.
2. Plan for obtaining feedback response from students, parents, Alumni and employers on quality-related institutional processes to access the proper run of the cell.
3. Documentation of the various programmes/ activities leading to quality improvement and thus supporting teaching-learning process.
