ANTI-RAGGING CELL
Anti -Ragging Cell is constituted in this college to prevent ragging and to take anti-ragging measures as per the guide lines issued by the Supreme Court of India & UGC.
An Anti-Ragging Cell is formed to address the issues concerned to ragging.
The members of the cell are as follows:-

OBJECTIVES:
• To make the students aware of the dehumanising nature of ragging.
• To keep a continuous vigil over ragging so as to prevent its occurrence.
• To take swift and severe action against any instances of ragging that are brought to our attention.
Functions of Cell:
1. To take into account the student complaints, investigate, and report to the Anti-Ragging Cell.
2. To supervise the process of getting student undertakings in compliance with the regulations.
3. Conduct guest lectures, invitee talks, workshops and other activities that orient students on anti-ragging.
4. To provide students the information pertaining to contact address and telephone numbers of the person(s) identified to receive complaints/distress calls.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION/RULES:
A student found guilty may be subject to one or more of the following penalties, depending on the kind and extent of the offence determined by the Anti-Ragging Cell.
These include:
• Loss of academic rights and ability to attend classes.
• Being prohibited from participating in any internal tests, or other assessment procedures.
• Being prohibited from representing the organisation in any youth festival or any other competitions.
• The withdrawal of admission.
The College students are here by warned not to engage in "RAGGING." They are subject to the aforementioned penalty if they are found guilty of ragging. Freshers are informed that they have nothing to fear as the institution cares for them and shall not tolerate any atrocities against them. Even if there are no ragging incidents on the campus, these precautions have been taken to guarantee that new students can continue their education without fear. Only with the unwavering support of the students and instructors this is all possible.
